INGREDIENTS:

  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups icing sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12-14 Oreo cookies, roughly crushed

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, icing sugar, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix with an electric mixer until the mixture becomes slightly creamy and fluffy. Be careful not to overmix.
  2. Add roughly crushed Oreo cookies into the mixture and fold gently until everything is evenly mixed.
  3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and sprinkle some crushed Oreo cookies on top.
  4. Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6-8 hours or overnight.
  5. Once the ice cream is frozen, scoop it out into bowls and serve. Enjoy!

Suggestions:

  • Use full-fat heavy cream for a creamier and richer ice cream.
  • You can also add some cocoa powder to the mixture for a more chocolatey flavor.
  • Make sure to crush the Oreos into small and big chunks for added texture.
  • To make it easier to scoop, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
  • If you don't have an electric mixer, you can use a whisk and mix vigorously until the mixture becomes slightly fluffy.
